Refund policy
As per the ACCC recommendations, I do not accept returns due to a change in mind. If I send the wrong product or your product is faulty please contact me directly and I will make arrangements to replace the print. I also do not accept exchanges if you have not taken note of the scale as a clear photograph is provided in the listing.
Please choose carefully as due to the nature of printing each (print is professionally printed to order) I am unable to offer refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
I do not accept any returns based on artwork aging or being affected by environmental factors including humidity, mold, light.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
